    We seldom use one car. This charger keeps the battery topped off without overcharging. Does the job at an economical price. Very reliable.

    Do not bee fooled by the size of this charger, it a tiny little piece of a monster, it’s easy to operate, I thinks it’s clamps were made by a person who has used a charger before and knows that not all battery poles are the same.

    The other reviews give a little more detail than mine; this is a great little maintainer kit with quick connects and a smart charger. It’s compact and easy to use.

    I love this little guy! When I store my tractor over the winter, the battery loses it’s charge to the point it won’t turn over. The SC-300A can be plugged in all winter to maintain its charge safely.

    The good: It comes with quick release cables that attach directly to your battery so that you have a solid connection to the charger. I wouldn’t use the claws for seasonal storage as they could disconnect or short. Even during the cutting season, I plug it back into the charger/maintaner to keep the battery at full charge. They include a cigarette lighter attachment for folks who need to take it on the road. I never tried it so I can’t comment on how good it is.

    The not-so-good: None as far as I can tell. I think Schumacher makes a good product and it’s a perfect size for a shelf near your tractor or other battery equipment. Don’t expect to be charging full size batteries but I’m sure it would work in an emergency if you had nothing else around.

    My rating: 5-Stars you can’t go wrong and the price is great along with the peace of mind buying with Amazons return policy.

    Charges quickly and I do like it’s compact size.

    With 3 riding mowers, 2 jet skis, 1 boat, and

    5 cars, this charger is more than handy. Price

    is more than reasonable as well……..
