We bought this helmet to go with our son’s new dirt bike. Not only is it very cool, it also protects. Gone are the days of wearing plain helmets that your Mom forces you to wear! Our son eagerly reaches for this helmet because he likes how it looks on him. In his 6 year old viewpoint he said, “I like my helmet because I feel like a superstar riding my bike. I can pretend that I am a stunt man or on a rocket ship to Mars and I know I look good doing it.” My opinion is that when he wrecked – which was inevitable – the helmet protected his head and face, which was worth every penny to me. He also uses this helmet for his regular bike, his pony and his sisters scooter. You wont go wrong – kid tested (ITS COOL), Mommy approved (ITS SAFE)!
