Education

One of our mandates is the promotion of education. We offer a science enrichment program in the elementary schools through our association with  SCIENTISTS IN SCHOOL. We raise funds in order to award one scholarship to each of the six area high schools (both public and separate) for a student who is going to study at the university level. For our members, our study and interest groups offer the opportunity to make education a lifelong pursuit.
